Kingland Construction Services is looking to add another Project Manager to our management team who will be a front-line manager of construction project performance and profitability, representing the strength and intergrity of Kingland Construction.
Since Kingland is a client relationship focused, project-oriented business model, each PM has authority and responsibility over their assigned projects, superseded only by the President. In addition, this individual supervises the Project Engineers (PEs) assigned to their projects.
The Project Manager is the main point of contact for project stakeholders - both internal (ex: Project Engineer, Foreman, accounting, and operations staff) and external (ex: clients, subcontractors, vendors, etc.).
It is the responsibility of the PM to approve and communicate all changes; monitor and control quality, cost, client satisfaction and project schedules (in conjunction with the Foreman); identify and mitigate risk; manage project resources; and procure all necessary subcontractors, materials, equipment, and recruit manpower to effectively manage project scope, quality, schedule, and cost.The PM is accountable for the successful outcome of the project. In the event any tasks are delegated to other team members, the PM should verify accuracy and ensure correct decisions are made.

Qualifications:· Previous work experience in project management or BS/BA degree in Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or another related field· OSHA 30, First Aid and CPR Training
· Extensive previous work experience managing budgets for construction projects
· Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment
· Highly organized· Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills
