Job Description:

Job Overview:
Kline Electric, a 100% Employee owned company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our service department. This includes managing projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. If you have a strong background in electrical engineering, project management, and construction management, we want to hear from you.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

· Estimate projects and return to Customer within 24 hours.

· Responsible for jobs under $1,000.00 and less than 2-day project.

· Secure and purchase materials for projects

· Pull permits and temp power as needed.

· Oversee the scheduling of technicians.

· In charge of on-call scheduling.

· Invoice and accept payment prior to or upon completion of project.

· Follow up with Customers 30 days from completion.

· Research and increase Customer base.

· Monitor use of technology for better efficiency

· Perform other duties and responsibilities as determined by the Branch Manager.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

The Day-to-Day Service Manager will be responsible for the Service team.

Education and Experience Requirements:

· Journeyman Electrician Class A

· High school diploma or GED

· Preferred Associate degree in related field
