Job Description:

The Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Lead will manage the planning, visualization, and computer modeling of building projects to support estimating, business development, marketing, and operations.  They will work closely with internal and external partners to collect, review, and create building and logistics models.  This individual will research and be familiar with emerging technologies in the industry to keep Henning Companies at the forefront of the ever-evolving industry and its use of technology.

Required Experience:

·       3+ years construction work experience required

·       Solid knowledge of construction principles and practices required

Qualifications:

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction preferred or related industry experience preferred

·       Solid knowledge of construction principles and practices required

·       Effective contributor and team player, which can plan and organize a team with the capacity to motivate and boost morale

·       Exceptional communication and effective listening skills

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and design software required
