Job Description:

  • Source and recruit candidates for both field and office positions across all DSC locations
  • Represent DSC at schools, career fairs, and community outreach events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, trade programs, and workforce development partners
  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and job offers
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and deliver positive candidate experience
  • Support workforce development programs, including apprenticeships, internships, and onboarding efforts
  • Partner with the Marketing team on employer branding, social media recruiting, and promotional campaigns
  • Cross‑train in Workforce Coordinator duties to provide operational coverage and support as needed

Required Experience:

  • Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources (construction or skilled trades experience preferred)

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Willingness to travel frequently and occasionally work evenings or weekends
  •  Possess a valid driver’s license and meets the company’s Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) standards
