Job Description:

The Project Manager leads the Neumann Project Team and is responsible for the overall management of assigned construction project(s) from start to finish. The Project Manager ensures strong relationships with the field and office teams, clients, and trade partners. Proactive visioning, planning, and overall team engagement skills are critical for success. The Project Manager is a daily representative of Neumann and must demonstrate our core values. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in construction management, engineering or related field or comparable experience in the field.

Required Travel:

The job will be performed in an office environment, on a construction project job site, and with owners or project partners at their offices or other meeting sites. Personnel are responsible for their own transportation.
