Job Description:

As an Estes superintendent you will be responsible for, the overall planning, management, and execution of work for assigned construction projects. You will provide overall administrative and technical direction on projects and enforce company and project policies, maintain customer interface and ensure our projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.  Safety is of the utmost importance, it is the duty of every superintendent to ensure a clean and safe work environment.

On average you will manage 2-5 construction projects per year ranging up to $25M.  Work is completed in multiple industries including healthcare, commercial, industrial, and educational and are both new building construction and historical renovations.  Candidates must have strong skills in planning, organization, problem solving, and provide a record of project experience.

Required Experience:

5-7 years experience in commerical construction

• Minimum six years industry experience
• Project locations primarily in  Central and Western Iowa
• OSHA 10 hour
• Valid driver’s license
