Job Description:

Responsibilities:

·         Candidate will be responsible for developing new customers and searching for potential prospects in their designated geographic area as well as maintaining existing client base.

·         Must be People-oriented, determined, sales driven and a team player

·         Must be a Self-Starter and resourceful with ability to develop new and existing relationships

·         Must preparing proposals/quotes/estimates for clients

·         You will be working with General Contractors Manage new and existing client accounts

Required Experience:

Required Skills/Experience:

·         MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN ROOFING SALES

·         Must have experience with insurance claims and supplements

·         Strong written/oral and interpersonal communication skills

·         Must be confident, with an enthusiastic drive to succeed

·         Ability to estimate projects of various sizes and scope

·         Must have the ability to estimate projects of various sizes and scope

·         Candidate must be able to Read plans and understand project specifications

·         Must be able to set and climb a ladder

·         Strong sales skills to seek out and identify bid/sales opportunities

·         Must have your own truck to carry supplies if needed

·         Able to manage company and customer demands

·         Present a positive attitude of professionalism, honesty, and integrity

·         Be able to deal with unexpected challenges in a professional and calm manner Valid and current Driver License
