Job Description:

Communication Data Link is looking for individuals to bring their experience and knowledge to our team. These individuals must also be interested in being part of a growing company and building a division by committing to

We are looking to add additional talent and resources to our Des Moines office. We are looking to expand our workload with current customers and are excited about the opportunity to add more crews.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating a mini excavator, backhoe, skid steer required
• Previous experience operating directional drill preferred (Vermeer & Ditch witch)
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions; snow, rain, heat, wind, etc.
• Follow all company rules and policies
• Lead and always maintain safety standards
• Good verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license, CDL is a plus, must be willing to get a Class A CDL.
• Occasional travel is required
